Generally speaking, you need to meditate twice day for twenty minutes. When you enrol on The Shefa Method, that will be built into the practice. Most courses will need you to set aside one evening (or three hours) each week. Some of them ask you to make observations on a daily basis, but that would not be very time consuming, just a matter of paying attention. Please see individual course descriptions for estimations of time needed for them.
If you have already learnt Zera Meditation, the first three Modules of The Shefa Method will feel like a repeat for you, but the remaining Modules are new. These teach you how to introduce sacred characters into your meditation in order to co-create your world. If you have maintained your Zera Meditation practice consistently since learning, then you could skip the first three Modules, although most students find it beneficial to revise what they previously worked with. Either way, you will be entitled to a discount as recognition that you previously paid for Zera Meditation. Please email me to discuss.
As a meditator experienced in using a mantra, you will obviously be very familiar with the different levels of consciousness we experience during deep meditation. However, I would expect you to change to using the zera, because in my courses we are using sounds and characters developed from the Hebrew language, not from Sanskrit. This is not to suggest, by any means, that Hebrew scores more highly when we look at primordial vibrations – it’s just a different system. In addition, the Shefa Method uniquely introduces the use of sacred characters in order to co-create your world.
Shefa Healer is one of the Mastery Grade courses, which means you will need to complete all seven steps covered by the Fundamental, Gateway and Luminary Grade courses.
Please see my answer to the question concerning Transcendental Meditation above.
The healer training I offer is based on the deep metaphysical vibration system of mystical characters that are introduced in The Shefa Method and Shefa Expansion. You need to have direct experience of the energetic qualities of all twenty-two Shefa Characters before you can introduce them into a healing practice, as well as various other preparatory courses. Click here to read about the requirements for learning Shefa Healing and other Mastery Grade courses.
If you have attended Shefa Stage One weekends, and possibly also submitted case studies for a Shefa Stage Two healing qualification, you would benefit from revision. As these courses were offered a while ago, I do suggest you begin again, although you will be offered appropriate discounts as acknowledgment of earlier payments. I review individual situations on a case-by-case basis, so please email me to discuss.
If you still have insurance as a Shefa Healer and have been practicing Shefa Healing, there is nothing to stop you making use of the skills and experience you have already gained. However, you would benefit from revision. All my courses have been considerably adapted and improved over the years, so I suggest you consider whether you want to consolidate and upgrade your knowledge. Please email me to discuss.
